CHAPTER FACILITATOR
Ignatian
in outlook ...
She works as an Organisational Analyst and Facilitator for International
Organisations and leads training events for lay people and apostolic religious
in Rome and in other countries of the world especially Africa. This work
focusses on the integration of faith with organisational dynamics. She is
program leader of an International Leadership Development Program in Rome which
is a joint program of Faith and Praxisfcj and The Grubb Institute London. The
participants are of many different nationalities and cultures.
Christine moved to Rome in 2003 after sixteen years as Founder and Director of the Craighead Institute in Glasgow, Scotland. This Institute is an extension of the work of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius concentrating on the practical application and integration of the exercises in everyday life. The Training and Analytic work has a strong discernment and social justice component. Faith and Praxis are at the heart of the methodology. Being Ignatian in outlook the work of the Institute is based on the experience of the participants, social and cultural analysis, Ignatian and scriptural reflection and organisation for action.

Introducing the Blog
Some days
before the opening of the 19th General Chapter of the Institute we will open
this “pathway” of communication.
We would like
this blog to facilitate our meeting together, be a help for us to get to know
one another, share what we are going to live together and keep us
interconnected as the Family of Pierre Bienvenu Noailles.
May this
experience of being connected technologically also be an experience of
communion and of a deep sense of responsibility in our Common Mission.

The House
Our house combines
spirituality and a quiet atmosphere with an opportunity for getting to know the
wonderful city of Rome.
For twenty years it has been a
meeting point for people coming to the capital for pleasure or on business and
it also caters for those who stay in the city for longer periods (max 90 gg).
The attractive garden
surrounding the house, with its colourful, sweet-scented flowers and its
evergreens is an invitation for leisurely walks or to practise sports such as
jogging, volley-ball and basket-ball.
The conference halls, internal
parking space and excellent connections by bus and underground make it the
ideal venue for seminars, expositions, spiritual retreats and the Chapters of
Religious Congregations.
All this and much more is to
be found in the Casa per Ferie Enrico de Ossò.
